About the role

  • Business Manager in a hybrid role supporting FILE’s Senior Leadership Team. Enhancing operational effectiveness and collaboration within and across teams for better organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a strategic partner to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
  • Lead operational leadership and execution for SLT and cross-functional initiatives
  • Provide support for confidential and complex decision making
  • Manage and develop the Executive Assistant team
  • Enable communication and coordination across teams

Requirements

  • High judgment for handling confidential issues
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects end to end
  • Strong strategic thinking and judgement skills
  • Team leadership and people management experience
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
  • Adaptability and resilience in shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) principles
