About the role

  • Recruiter for Mexico, Columbia, and US geographies. Coordinate tasks, manage projects, and handle inquiries in a hybrid work setup.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience hiring in Mexico, US and Columbia
  • Strong interviewing skills to analyze and evaluate candidates.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
  • Deep understanding of Mexico's labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance and support business growth.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
  • HR experience / employee engagement will be a huge plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel will be a plus.
