About the role

  • Account Manager managing B2B client portfolio for Vivo. Responsible for sales process and customer relations through digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and manage a B2B client portfolio focused on new negotiations;
  • Present the product portfolio and engage with customers via digital channels (Inside Sales role);
  • Responsible for offering and selling mobile and fixed telephony, IT and advanced solutions, equipment rentals, consumer electronics and value-added services;
  • Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific indicators;
  • Analyze, plan and execute commercial and sales activities to meet and exceed the company’s targets;
  • Monitor the transaction workflow, identifying causes of breaks, backlog and commercial pending issues that may interfere with deal completion;
  • Manage daily reports to track sales performance;
  • Work to resolve critical situations through ongoing customer contact and partnership with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office suite);
  • Commercial profile: drive to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to the customer;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership mentality and deep knowledge of your client portfolio;
  • Digital: tech- and innovation-aware, comfortable learning and using software and systems;
  • Organizational, planning and discipline skills: sense of urgency, effective task distribution and ability to complete them throughout the day;
