Account Manager managing B2B client portfolio for Vivo. Responsible for sales process and customer relations through digital channels.
Responsibilities
Serve and manage a B2B client portfolio focused on new negotiations;
Present the product portfolio and engage with customers via digital channels (Inside Sales role);
Responsible for offering and selling mobile and fixed telephony, IT and advanced solutions, equipment rentals, consumer electronics and value-added services;
Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific indicators;
Analyze, plan and execute commercial and sales activities to meet and exceed the company’s targets;
Monitor the transaction workflow, identifying causes of breaks, backlog and commercial pending issues that may interfere with deal completion;
Manage daily reports to track sales performance;
Work to resolve critical situations through ongoing customer contact and partnership with internal teams.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office suite);
Commercial profile: drive to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to the customer;
Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership mentality and deep knowledge of your client portfolio;
