About the role

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct extensive research to discover new business opportunities and leads within the IT Managed Services sector.
  • Perform cold calls and maintain constant outbound communication to engage with potential clients.
  • Qualify and convert leads by deeply understanding client requirements and aligning them with our services.
  • Attend networking events to promote ICE Consulting and strengthen relationships within the industry.
  • Utilize CRM software to document activities, track leads, and manage client information effectively.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies and streamline processes.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and demonstrate a passion for our services to potential clients.

Requirements

  • **Qualifications:**
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales roles.
  • Experience in the IT services or consulting industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and familiar with sales tracking tools.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM Pakistan Time).
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and business development objectives.
