Responsibilities

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies and streamline processes.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and demonstrate a passion for our services to potential clients.
Requirements
**Qualifications:**
3+ years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales roles.
Experience in the IT services or consulting industry is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in engaging diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient with CRM systems and familiar with sales tracking tools.
Able to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM Pakistan Time).
