About the role

  • Business Development Representative at Maxinst responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams while managing client interactions in CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients within the target market using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and market intelligence;
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, messages, and social selling) to schedule qualified meetings;
  • Identify the customer’s profile and buying stage (technical, operational, and strategic fit);
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies and targeted campaigns;
  • Log all interactions in the CRM, ensuring history, traceability, and data quality;
  • Feed the pipeline with qualified opportunities for Sales Executives;
  • Monitor performance metrics (number of contacts, response rate, meetings scheduled, conversions);
  • Provide market feedback and insights on recurring customer needs and pain points.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B prospecting or consultative sales, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting
  • Knowledge of client outreach techniques
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized and results-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station CRM, etc.)
  • Organized, persistent, and results-driven profile
  • Prior experience in sales with a strong emphasis on prospecting
  • Experience selling software, technology, or enterprise solutions (EAM, APM, IoT, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, etc.)
  • Intermediate or advanced English
  • Knowledge of qualification methodologies (BANT, SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) and prospecting approaches (cold call 2.0, outbound 2.0).
