Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt- und Sales-Enablement-Team um Produktneuheiten, Mehrwerte für den Kunden und Trends stets im Blick zu haben
Unterstützung durch die interne Rechtsabteilung bezüglich Lizenzen und Vertragsstandards
Requirements
Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
Hohe Zielorientierung und Geschick in der Kundenkommunikation
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen
Exzellente Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce)
Affinität zu digitalen Produkten und Lösungen im kreativen Umfeld
