About the role

  • Grow gross profit through partner share-of-wallet, partner growth, and new merchant acquisition
  • Build, maintain, and convert a healthy pipeline with qualified opportunities at each stage
  • Build strong relationships with partners, merchants and decision-makers, positioning Ezypay as the preferred payment solution
  • Negotiate commercial terms that balance partner needs with Ezypay’s commercial objectives
  • Keep CRM up to date with accurate forecasting and activity tracking
  • Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and new vertical opportunities, sharing insights with leadership to shape strategy
  • Collaborate with growth, operations, and product teams to deliver a seamless merchant experience
  • Prospect, nurture, and close opportunities across the sales journey; own the sales process from prospecting through to closing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or payments
  • Proven experience managing inbound leads and supporting client onboarding
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and negotiate effective deals
  • A track record of building and maintaining long-term client & partner relationships
  • Excellent communication skills - clear, persuasive, and confident across different channels
  • Drive, resilience, and motivation to consistently hit and exceed targets
  • Strong organisational skills focusing on CRM management and pipeline hygiene
  • The ability to thrive in an ever-evolving industry
  • A collaborative growth mindset and a willingness to share knowledge across the team
  • A passion or understanding of the Health and Fitness industry is favourable
