About the role

  • Establish and maintain personalized business relationships with major clients and with internal distribution channels
  • Analyze the prospect files to assess their eligibility and determine whether the conditions are right for sketching out an offer
  • Draw up the offer and define the conditions for the factoring facility (pricing, guarantees, specific conditions, etc.)
  • Negotiate conditions with members and clients
  • Give presentations and training sessions on the product for the Business Services Executive Division sectors that have factoring needs
  • Participate in internal and external outreach activities
  • Roll out development strategies to reach objectives
  • Collaborate with team members and support them in the business line's activities
  • Track, document and present the funnel's development to management and the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
