About the role

  • Contact existing optical customers to inform them about our audiology services and products
  • Answer questions about products or the company and discussing the customers needs
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and secure new business for the Audiology Domiciliary Team
  • Manage NHS and Private patient sales and conversions
  • Ensure you meet and exceed set business KPI’s and SLA’s in line with company processes, and procedures
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the Domiciliary Business to encourage positive teamwork

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound telesales
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales and conversion targets over the phone
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques to overcome objections
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints if required
