About the role

  • Community Outreach Business Development Representative at Infinite Roofing Solutions. Building local partnerships and driving growth across the Central Valley in flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and community gatherings in Fresno, Clovis, and nearby cities.
  • Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, real estate agents, and local business owners.
  • Schedule and host lunch meetings or coffee meetups with decision makers to introduce Infinite Roofing Solutions’ services.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach to connect with local commercial prospects.
  • Build and maintain a personal event calendar and outreach plan to maximize visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate local campaigns and promotional opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, community relations, or networking-based sales
  • Strong understanding of roofing, construction, or general contracting (preferred)
  • Professional communication skills with ability to present to executives and community leaders
  • Self-starter who can plan and execute their own schedule with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
