Senior Business Development Manager driving growth through multi-channel outreach and client relationships for a company delivering Nature-Based Solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive new business growth through multi-channel outreach and active participation in key industry events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Co-design and implement automated sales processes in collaboration with the technology and sales teams.
Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain an up-to-date pipeline at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university.
4–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the B2B enterprise segment.
1–2 years of experience in carbon market sales (strongly preferred).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communicator and negotiator, able to present complex topics clearly and to influence at the executive level.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
Familiarity with AI workflows, LLMs, and automation is a plus.
Willingness to travel to clients and events.
Must hold a valid EU/EFTA work permit and be able to work within EU time zones.
