Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
Proactively respond to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues quickly
Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities
Conducting sales meetings, product presentations, proposal preparation and contract negotiations
Analyzing market and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities
Preparing sales reports and assisting with forecasts and budget plans
Working with the marketing team to develop sales promotions
Supporting the senior sales team with key accounts and complex projects
Participate in internal meetings and trainings to further develop skills
Requirements
Degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable field of study
First professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High customer orientation and a self-confident manner
Independent, proactive and goal-oriented way of working
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
