About the role

  • Maintain a company-wide emergency and crisis management system and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., MaRisk)
  • Perform business impact and risk analyses
  • Support business units in creating and updating business continuity and emergency plans
  • Conduct and evaluate contingency/emergency tests
  • Responsible for maintaining and further developing the internal control system (IKS)
  • Organize and support IKS audits by external auditors
  • Identify control gaps and develop and track action plans

Requirements

  • Ideally a degree in economics/business administration or a commercial vocational qualification plus initial professional experience
  • Experience in process optimization
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1 level)
  • Strong quality focus and an affinity for compliance-oriented work and documentation
  • High analytical ability and a structured way of working
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to mediate between competing interests
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the other site (Munich or Saarbrücken)
