Responsibilities
Maintain a company-wide emergency and crisis management system and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., MaRisk)
Perform business impact and risk analyses
Support business units in creating and updating business continuity and emergency plans
Conduct and evaluate contingency/emergency tests
Responsible for maintaining and further developing the internal control system (IKS)
Organize and support IKS audits by external auditors
Identify control gaps and develop and track action plans
Requirements
Ideally a degree in economics/business administration or a commercial vocational qualification plus initial professional experience
Experience in process optimization
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1 level)
Strong quality focus and an affinity for compliance-oriented work and documentation
High analytical ability and a structured way of working
Ability to work cross-functionally and to mediate between competing interests
Willingness to travel occasionally to the other site (Munich or Saarbrücken)
