About the role
- Business Consultant assisting retailers in decision-making through statistical and qualitative analysis. Collaborating with engineering to deliver solutions and manage project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client design workshops and document business processes, requirements, and constraints
- Create test scenarios that will be used to validate the solution functions as designed
- Coordinate testing efforts between project team and client team
- Provide guidance to our clients as they test the solution
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for the users
- Advocate for our customers as they encounter issues and request enhancements
- Develop client engagement timeline/milestones and monitor on-track completion, escalating any risks or issues accordingly
- Analyze and monitor project financials and resource balancing against project budget
- Provide weekly status updates on the project internally as well as externally to the client
