About the role
- Consultant(e) working on digital transformation and Pennylane implementation. Supporting teams in deployment and optimization of accounting tools within the organization.
Responsibilities
- As part of our Group's digital transformation, you will work within one of our central offices.
- You will be the reference expert for the Pennylane solution.
- You will support accounting teams and clients in the deployment and optimization of the tool.
- Analyze needs and define Pennylane integration projects.
- Configure the solution: chart of accounts, workflows, automations, bank connections.
- Create training materials and documentation.
- Provide advanced functional support after deployment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 in accounting, management, information systems, or finance.
- Initial successful experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting tools/ERP.
- Proficiency in Pennylane or a comparable tool.
- Strong understanding of accounting (AR, AP, VAT, closings).
- Comfortable with digital environments and SaaS tools.
- Knowledge of accounting flows, APIs, SQL, and automations.
- Teaching ability, service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, organization, and analytical mindset.
- Team player with a strong interest in digitalization.
