About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements;
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for the business area;
- Develop reports and dashboards to support collaborative data analysis;
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams;
- Lead meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields;
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
- Experience with exploratory analysis;
- Experience with analytical tools (Power BI, Qlik, and/or Tableau);
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical and business arguments;
