About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements;
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for the business area;
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support collaborative data analysis;
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams;
  • Lead meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
  • Experience with exploratory analysis;
  • Experience with analytical tools (Power BI, Qlik, and/or Tableau);
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical and business arguments;
