About the role

  • Business Analyst supporting government agencies at RELI Group. Analyzing processes, documenting requirements, and implementing solutions for efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
  • Document business processes and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to implement business solutions and best practices
  • Collaborate with the development team in quality testing, validation, and documentation of delivered solutions
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership
  • Work in an agile team environment and contribute to an efficient delivery model

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Lean/Agile Methodology or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience working in Development teams.
