Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Lean/Agile Methodology or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience working in Development teams.
