Responsibilities
- Automate and optimize warehouse and inventory processes, from analysis and improvement through to implementation of new solutions.
- Develop reports, dashboards and performance indicators in BI tools to support operational management.
- Serve as a key user in the development, implementation and maintenance of material and inventory management systems.
- Provide support and guidance to operational system users, promoting best practices and process efficiency.
- Implement internal controls and support audits, ensuring process governance and compliance with corporate policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production/Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proficiency in technology tools, including VBA, RPA, Power Platform, and business rules.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, TOTVS or Protheus is desirable.
- Reside in Presidente Prudente or be willing to relocate.
