About the role

  • Automate and optimize warehouse and inventory processes, from analysis and improvement through to implementation of new solutions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and performance indicators in BI tools to support operational management.
  • Serve as a key user in the development, implementation and maintenance of material and inventory management systems.
  • Provide support and guidance to operational system users, promoting best practices and process efficiency.
  • Implement internal controls and support audits, ensuring process governance and compliance with corporate policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production/Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in technology tools, including VBA, RPA, Power Platform, and business rules.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, TOTVS or Protheus is desirable.
  • Reside in Presidente Prudente or be willing to relocate.
