Responsibilities
Research and analyse how potential solutions and improvements should be delivered
Document findings into specifications, user stories, etc. that will be used as the foundation of the development and testing phases
Be able to prioritise feature requests, security/compliance improvements and bug fixes in partnership with relevant PMs and engineering leads into an achievable roadmap
Responsible for observing & improving the CX triaging/Work Request process including measuring its effectiveness and prioritising potential improvements
Involvement in the incident management process including assisting in clarifying customer impact
Maintain a high level of communication to all interested parties on progress, scope, roadblocks to delivering work requests
Be able to manage concurrent pieces of work and prioritise the effort on each and other dependencies.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst is highly desirable, but we're more interested in your ability to be proactive and eagerness to learn in the role
Experience improving processes or products
Experience working with engineering and product teams
Understanding of development lifecycle and ability to priorities incidents and bugs as they come through
Bonus - knowledge of invoice product
