Responsibilities
- Working directly with customers in understanding their business processes

Requirements
- One year of professional experience performing business analysis, including experience serving as a liaison between business users, stakeholders, or operational partners and an IT or technical organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Job-related experience may substitute for minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
- Experience working with technology solutions
- Experience working on concurrent projects
- Strong experience in eliciting, detailing, documenting, and validating requirements
- Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and/or evaluation of business processes
- Advanced proficiency with MS Visio and MS Project
- Experience working with local or state government
- Project Management Institute Professional Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification
- Experience utilizing the Agile project management methodology
