Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Relevant certifications or experience (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma, API 1169, or Microsoft Power BI) are an asset.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key trends and insights.
- Proficient in clearly conveying information to with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
- Skilled in developing process and technical solutions, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating timely resolutions to overcome business challenges.
- Capable of planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Knowledgeable in using business analysis software and tools to gather and analyze data.
- Experience in managing relationships and expectations with various business, IT, and support stakeholders.
- Expertise in creating, analyzing, and adhering to detailed documentation such as business requirement documents, training materials, and process flow diagrams.
- Ability to lead and support testing activities, validate resolutions, and ensure changes meet business requirements.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and support demands.
