About the role

  • Produce signage, wall vinyls, wayfinding, apparel, stickers, and other on‑site graphics for events from concept to completion.
  • Develop visual motion systems for live streaming including overlays, lower‑thirds, titles, and other graphic elements.
  • Partner with motion, video, producers, artists and event planners; work closely with marketing, product and event teams.
  • Maintain and evolve brand systems, refine brand guidelines, and document design systems for consistency across touchpoints.
  • Own and coordinate design project schedules and timelines ensuring milestones are met across event lifecycles.
  • Scale global events by building and leading a bench of designers, mentoring and developing talent.
  • Deliver cohesive visual narratives across keynote presentations, large-format screens, streaming overlays, spatial and merchandise.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing for events — from signage, staging, and wayfinding to digital graphics, live-stream motion, and environmental branding.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strength across event design touchpoints, including motion, typography, physical builds, apparel, and digital production assets.
  • Adept at creating cohesive brand systems across physical and digital environments ensuring consistency of logos, type, color, and motion in live experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with producers, event planners, motion designers, and marketers to translate brand identity into immersive experiences.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution and deliver production-ready designs.
  • Experience working on high-visibility, time-sensitive projects and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt quickly as event plans evolve.
  • Detail-oriented with passion for ensuring signage, motion, print, and digital touchpoints are intentional and cohesive.
  • Experience mentoring other designers and fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Must be able to work from a US office three days per week (application question)
