Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to deliver compelling visual assets.
Engage stakeholders to ensure briefs are robust and clear.
Work in partnership with the Head of Creative to maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Design for a variety of formats including presentations, reports, infographics, social media, web, and video.
Support the Head of Creative and Senior Designers in executing campaign development and brand strategy.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Stay up to date with new digital platforms used by the company, design trends, tools, and best practices, especially in B2B and corporate sectors.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a design role, ideally within a global or B2B brand.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with Figma as a plus.
Experience using Agile ways of working and project management.
Self-motivation and strong personal project management skills.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear, engaging visuals.
Understanding of accessibility within the role of design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in English; other languages a plus.
