About the role

  • Work under the direction of assigned Project Managers to implement our SaaS solution for clinical trials sold to large pharmaceutical clients.
  • Serves as a point of contact to address day-to-day operational items, such as responding to emails, scheduling or updating schedules and timelines.
  • Manage and support client-requested documents.
  • Draft Agendas for internal and external calls and capture the minutes from those calls.
  • Works with the Project Manager to help update technical specifications for software implementation.
  • Utilize systems such as Jira (for task and project tracking), Slack (for team communication), and DocuSign (for managing electronic signatures and trial documentation).
  • Manage and help oversee timelines and work with the internal teams to check on timelines and deliverables status.
  • Have a willingness to take on additional Project Manager responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong skills with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Desire to work in the life sciences/SaaS industry
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to advocate for the client to provide the right resources and response for client requests
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
