Supports project managers in implementing SaaS solutions for clinical trials. Involves managing documents and overseeing timelines while working with pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities
Work under the direction of assigned Project Managers to implement our SaaS solution for clinical trials sold to large pharmaceutical clients.
Serves as a point of contact to address day-to-day operational items, such as responding to emails, scheduling or updating schedules and timelines.
Manage and support client-requested documents.
Draft Agendas for internal and external calls and capture the minutes from those calls.
Works with the Project Manager to help update technical specifications for software implementation.
Utilize systems such as Jira (for task and project tracking), Slack (for team communication), and DocuSign (for managing electronic signatures and trial documentation).
Manage and help oversee timelines and work with the internal teams to check on timelines and deliverables status.
Have a willingness to take on additional Project Manager responsibilities.
