About the role
- **Main Responsibilities:**
- Support all **sample management activities** related to clinical trial operations (R&D TMED-Operations)
- **Review study protocols** to ensure proper sample management planning and execution
- Contribute to **LIMS database (Watson) setup and maintenance** when required
- Actively **participate in Study Team and TMED Sub-Team meetings** to ensure smooth coordination
- Provide **logistical oversight and coordination** for key clinical trial steps, including document and sample provision
- Manage **sample lifecycle operations** — quantity tracking, storage, shipping, distribution, and destruction
- Support **sample reconciliation activities** to ensure data integrity and traceability across all study stages
Requirements

- **Experience:** Proven experience in biological sample management in a clinical research setting, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to sample handling.
- **Skills:** Excellent organizational and project management skills, proficiency in sample tracking systems and laboratory information management systems (LIMS), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Education:** Master Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- **Languages:** Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
