• Biological Sample Manager at Excelya overseeing sample management for clinical trials in a hybrid work environment. Ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols throughout the sample lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• **Main Responsibilities:**
• Support all **sample management activities** related to clinical trial operations (R&D TMED-Operations)
• **Review study protocols** to ensure proper sample management planning and execution
• Contribute to **LIMS database (Watson) setup and maintenance** when required
• Actively **participate in Study Team and TMED Sub-Team meetings** to ensure smooth coordination
• Provide **logistical oversight and coordination** for key clinical trial steps, including document and sample provision
• Manage **sample lifecycle operations** — quantity tracking, storage, shipping, distribution, and destruction
• Support **sample reconciliation activities** to ensure data integrity and traceability across all study stages

Requirements

• **Skills:** Excellent organizational and project management skills, proficiency in sample tracking systems and laboratory information management systems (LIMS), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• **Education:** Master Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• **Languages:** Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
