- Biological Sample Manager at Excelya overseeing sample management for clinical trials in a hybrid work environment. Ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols throughout the sample lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- **Main Responsibilities:**
- Support all **sample management activities** related to clinical trial operations (R&D TMED-Operations)
- **Review study protocols** to ensure proper sample management planning and execution
- Contribute to **LIMS database (Watson) setup and maintenance** when required
- Actively **participate in Study Team and TMED Sub-Team meetings** to ensure smooth coordination
- Provide **logistical oversight and coordination** for key clinical trial steps, including document and sample provision
- Manage **sample lifecycle operations** — quantity tracking, storage, shipping, distribution, and destruction
- Support **sample reconciliation activities** to ensure data integrity and traceability across all study stages
Requirements

- **Education:** Master Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- **Languages:** Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
