Responsibilities
- A Billing Service Analyst is responsible for the Billing and Collections of Middle Large Commercial Premium and Losses in a fast paced, continuously growing environment.
- Coordinators work cooperatively with customers and associates to ensure optimal customer and Hartford relationships.
- Use interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and sales skills to accomplish superior customer service results for assigned accounts.
- Support customer requirements to complete these activities: Provide account specific direction to all internal units involved with client.
- Receivable management, including all billing and collection processes for Middle and Large Account customers.
- Maintain all data needs for system calculations and billing set up for assigned accounts.
- The coordinator is responsible for workflow and processing of daily functions. This involves prioritizing, ensuring timeliness, maintaining a level of quality, providing recommendations, dispute resolution, and reporting variances.
