About the role
- Paralegal in Workers' Compensation practice providing client support and collaborating with attorneys. Managing administrative tasks and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent service for our clients - this includes everything from being the first point of contact if they have questions and providing updates on their case
- Collaborating with attorneys on your assigned cases
- Admin tasks such as obtaining/organizing medical records and other documents, follow ups, and maintaining client files
- Exceeding the expectations of clients and ourselves
Requirements
- Has at least 3-5 years of North Carolina Workers' Compensation paralegal experience
- Is computer savvy
- Is detail oriented with the organizational skills required to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Has strong communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
