About the role

  • Paralegal in Workers' Compensation practice providing client support and collaborating with attorneys. Managing administrative tasks and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service for our clients - this includes everything from being the first point of contact if they have questions and providing updates on their case
  • Collaborating with attorneys on your assigned cases
  • Admin tasks such as obtaining/organizing medical records and other documents, follow ups, and maintaining client files
  • Exceeding the expectations of clients and ourselves

Requirements

  • Has at least 3-5 years of North Carolina Workers' Compensation paralegal experience
  • Is computer savvy
  • Is detail oriented with the organizational skills required to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Has strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
