Responsibilities
Providing excellent service for our clients - this includes everything from being the first point of contact if they have questions and providing updates on their case
Collaborating with attorneys on your assigned cases
Admin tasks such as obtaining/organizing medical records and other documents, follow ups, and maintaining client files
Exceeding the expectations of clients and ourselves
Requirements
Has at least 3-5 years of North Carolina Workers' Compensation paralegal experience
Is computer savvy
Is detail oriented with the organizational skills required to maintain a high level of accuracy
Has strong communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
