Provide pro-active support to Corporate Account, National Account and Independent Advisor offices
Liaison with internal departments to ensure timely processing of new life insurance applications
Build one-to-one relationships with assigned branches
Pro-actively follow up on all pending cases
Anticipate the needs of customers and perform outbound communications
Assume ownership of assigned files and assist in problem-solving
Requirements
Bilingual (French & English) is required
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proven customer service experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Adaptability and capability of handling ongoing change management
Ability to research, identify problems, and contribute to finding solutions
Knowledge of individual life insurance terminology and products is considered an asset
