- Provide pro-active support to Corporate Account, National Account and Independent Advisor offices
- Liaison with internal departments to ensure timely processing of new life insurance applications
- Build one-to-one relationships with assigned branches
- Pro-actively follow up on all pending cases
- Anticipate the needs of customers and perform outbound communications
- Assume ownership of assigned files and assist in problem-solving
Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English) is required
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and capability of handling ongoing change management
- Ability to research, identify problems, and contribute to finding solutions
- Knowledge of individual life insurance terminology and products is considered an asset
