About the role

  • Provide pro-active support to Corporate Account, National Account and Independent Advisor offices
  • Liaison with internal departments to ensure timely processing of new life insurance applications
  • Build one-to-one relationships with assigned branches
  • Pro-actively follow up on all pending cases
  • Anticipate the needs of customers and perform outbound communications
  • Assume ownership of assigned files and assist in problem-solving

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French & English) is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and capability of handling ongoing change management
  • Ability to research, identify problems, and contribute to finding solutions
  • Knowledge of individual life insurance terminology and products is considered an asset
