Account Specialist managing key client relationships for leading automotive financing solutions company. Focused on product support and partner growth in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Act as primary liaison, managing major client programs, products, and product distributions
Maintain and expand our partner relationships.
Analyze clients’ business needs and assist change management to our clients.
Work with various departments throughout the organization to reconcile escalated claims, IT, cancellations, and accounting issues.
Manage Dealer Support email queues
Field sales team support
Create and update program material (user guides, operations manuals, etc.)
Assist with project testing (testing phone lines, portal test cases)
Collaborate on new program launches and products expansion.
Facilitate incentive payments and bonus programs.
Perform other duties or work needed to support client request.
Enrollments and Setups
Perform Monthly & Ad hoc reporting
Documentation Management
Perform Market and Competitive Research and Analysis
Record notes and action items from meetings and proactively follow up on them
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word; Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP Formulas, Pivot Tables); PowerPoint; Outlook; OneNote.
Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience or Partner support, preferably in a business-to-business environment (B2B).
Automotive Industry experience highly preferred
Attention to detail and ability to handle complex situations
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate at a business level.
Strong work ethic, time management and organizational skills.
Detail oriented, able to catch and identify discrepancies.
Proactive problem solver able to provide input and think critically through solutions.
Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bilingual (English and French) required
Reliable Transportation
Some travel (~5%) may be required upon request within Canada and US.
