  • Support management change by updating workflows and communicating changes to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content and procedural consistency
  • Assist with complex cases and technical inquiries, providing expert guidance when needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French & English) is required
  • 3+ years of experience in process documentation in a professional environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools
