Responsibilities
Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes de asegurados, bancos y áreas internas de la empresa en Estados Unidos.
Asistir a nuestros clientes respondiendo consultas sobre coberturas, pagos y diversos procesos administrativos
Mantener actualizada la información en el sistema.
Resolver las consultas de los clientes o derivarlos a otras áreas cuando sea necesario para brindar un excelente servicio.
Mantener la relación con nuestros clientes brindándoles un servicio de calidad.
Requirements
Nivel de inglés avanzado. (Excluyente)
Graduados de la escuela secundaria y/o estudiantes de los primeros años de carreras universitarias o tecnicaturas.
Experiencia de 1 año en puestos de atención al cliente es un plus.
