About the role

  • As Bid Manager, you’ll be instrumental in securing new business and expanding existing client relationships through the delivery of major bid submissions
  • Reporting to the Bid Director, you’ll lead the end-to-end bid process—from strategy development and stakeholder engagement to final submission and review
  • Developing win strategies and bid content aligned with client needs
  • Managing bid timelines, resources, and compliance with governance processes
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts across the business
  • Presenting bid components to clients and supporting contract reviews
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in bid quality and delivery
  • Supporting the development of operational playbooks and client collateral

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex, high-value bids across multiple geographies
  • Strong business writing and marketing communications skills
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, property, or a related field (preferred)
  • A strategic mindset with commercial acumen and presentation skills
