About the role

Responsibilities
- As Bid Manager, you’ll be instrumental in securing new business and expanding existing client relationships through the delivery of major bid submissions
- Reporting to the Bid Director, you’ll lead the end-to-end bid process—from strategy development and stakeholder engagement to final submission and review
- Developing win strategies and bid content aligned with client needs
- Managing bid timelines, resources, and compliance with governance processes
- Collaborating with subject matter experts across the business
- Presenting bid components to clients and supporting contract reviews
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in bid quality and delivery
- Supporting the development of operational playbooks and client collateral
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, high-value bids across multiple geographies
- Strong business writing and marketing communications skills
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities

- Tertiary qualifications in business, property, or a related field (preferred)
