About the role
- Bid Manager leading bids and tenders in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg for Lyreco's Bids & Tenders team. Managing complex bidding processes to enhance win rates in diverse sectors.
Responsibilities
- Je beheert het volledige bidproces: van RFP-analyse tot finale indiening.

- Je coördineert de feedback van klanten na toewijzing of verlies.
- Je werkt nauw samen met sales en operations om de juiste strategie te bepalen.
- Je signaleert procesknelpunten en initieert verbeteracties.
- Je ondersteunt je teamleden als coach, sparringpartner en kwaliteitsbewaker.
Requirements
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring heeft met tenders, aanbestedingen of projectmanagement.
- Sterk is in organiseren, structureren en scherp prioriteiten kan stellen.
- Niet bang is voor deadlines en juist presteert onder tijdsdruk.
- Vlot communiceert met alle niveaus in de organisatie.
- Kan samenwerken over afdelingen heen (sales, legal, finance, operations).
- Kennis heeft van Office 365 en bij voorkeur ervaring met Europese tendersystemen.
- Nederlands en Engels vloeiend beheerst + vlotte kennis van het Frans is een nice to have.
- Graag in een hybride omgeving werkt met ruimte voor autonomie én samenwerking.
