Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of field onboarding agents.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and optimize the field onboarding process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new drivers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding, such as time to activation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract qualified driver candidates.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Screen and interview potential drivers to assess their suitability.
- Oversee the verification of driver documents, including licenses, permits, and medical certificates.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and conduct training programs to equip new drivers with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Ensure that drivers understand the platform's features and guidelines.
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a related field.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
