Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain data warehousing and business intelligence solutions
- Develop complex SQL scripts and procedures for extracting and manipulating data in Data Virtuality
- Implement data models and provide data governance to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Integrate external data sources and interfaces to load data into the data warehouse and make them usable
- Create insights for the online shop tech team (babyartikel.de) by combining Google Analytics data with external sources (e.g., Facebook Conversion API, Amazon APIs) and internal data (e.g., ERP or PIM)
- Expand the Amazon management dashboard
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Support the creation of dashboards for data visualization that present insights in a user-friendly and interactive way
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data warehousing, business intelligence and SQL programming
- Experience extracting, aggregating and manipulating data on platforms such as Data Virtuality or Snowflake
- Experience connecting external data sources and APIs, and with data visualization techniques and tools
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL scripts and procedures
- Understanding of e-commerce processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Practical experience working in agile development environments is a plus
- Good written and spoken German and English
