BDR responsible for generating new business opportunities at Octadesk through active prospecting. Engaging with potential clients using various channels like calls, emails, and social media.
Responsibilities
Identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócio por meio de canais como telefone, e-mail, redes sociais e WhatsApp;
Mapear e qualificar contas em potencial, entendendo a estrutura organizacional e suas dores;
Gerar listas estratégicas de leads em ferramentas como LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo etc;
Realizar a primeira abordagem consultiva, apresentando a Octadesk e identificando oportunidades;
Qualificar os leads com base em critérios como fit do cliente, dores e momento de compra;
Agendar reuniões qualificadas para os vendedores (Executivos de Vendas);
Acompanhar e atualizar as interações no CRM, garantindo um pipeline organizado e previsível;
Trabalhar em parceria com outros times, como o de marketing para aprimorar estratégias de geração de demanda;
Bater e superar metas de atividades e geração de oportunidades qualificadas.
Requirements
Experiência prévia com prospecção outbound;
Desejo de aprender e crescer em vendas de tecnologia (SaaS);
Coachability: estar aberto a feedbacks e aplicar melhorias continuamente;
Perfil hunter, com atitude proativa e resiliência para lidar com desafios diários;
Organização e planejamento para gerenciar múltiplos contatos e follow-ups;
Habilidade de comunicação e persuasão para engajar leads frios;
Experiência com ferramentas de prospecção, CRM e automação de cadências.
