About the role

• Junior Back end Developer focusing on Node.js and PostgreSQL performance at Recrutify, a recruitment consultancy connecting companies to top talents.

Responsibilities

• Work on the evolution of products, focusing on performance, scalability, and platform integrations.
• Develop using Node.js, APIs, PostgreSQL and services such as Moodle, Jenkins, Recombee, Retool, and payment gateways.
• Create and maintain secure, scalable, high-performance APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL in a multitenant architecture.
• Integrate systems via REST and Webhooks (Moodle, Recombee, payment gateways, etc.).
• Automate processes using GitHub Actions, Docker, and GCP (Cloud Run, Build, etc.).
• Implement solutions with a focus on content and regionalized advertising.
• Review PRs and participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Relational databases (Postgres and MySQL)
• Experience with GCP and/or OCI
• Technical English for reading documentation
• Experience with monorepo and tRPC (desirable)
• Knowledge of GraphQL (desirable)
• Intermediate English and Spanish are desirable
