About the role

  • Build up great relationships with new strategic partners with the aim to grow our business.
  • Project manage the roll-out of company bike scheme programs within Strategic accounts and leasing companies within the EU.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of the entire corporate rider customer journey.
  • Future-proof processes and constantly improve the customer journey of our riders in our strategic accounts and partners.
  • Work closely with the full sales team and Partner network to ensure closing future opportunities.

Requirements

  • You have experience in account management and/or a customer support role, ideally with strong B2B or commercial elements.
  • You're highly organized and always see projects through to the end, even when times get tough.
  • You're entrepreneurial, commercially driven, a sales go-getter, and are not afraid of chasing opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken – bonus points for other Dutch or German.
  • You can travel within Netherlands and Germany 50%.
  • Extremely nice to have Experience with project management.
  • Ability to manage different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience taking ownership of big projects.
