Plan and execute offline events such as industry conferences, partner-led sessions, and proprietary Speak-hosted seminars, managing logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event nurturing.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create sales collateral, case studies, and campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention.
Run localized digital campaigns and experiments across multiple channels, executing nurture workflows and ABM campaigns in HubSpot to move leads through the funnel.
Maintain and optimize the Japan B2B website for strong localization and conversion performance.
Track and analyze campaign results, share insights for ongoing optimization, and stay up to date on HR tech and B2B marketing trends in Japan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
Proven success in event planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
Excellent project management and multitasking ability.
High attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
Business-level English proficiency.
