About the role

  • B2B Marketing Manager planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns for B2B target groups at Ninox Software in Germany. Focus on content creation, events, and collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across the B2B customer journey
  • Develop targeted campaign messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales
  • Create content in various formats, with a particular focus on automated email sequences but also landing pages, short video formats, and event materials — using AI-assisted tools for research and efficient copywriting while maintaining consistently high editorial quality
  • Organize and run webinars and (virtual) events — including promotion and follow-up
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Design, Social, Web, Performance) to produce campaign-relevant assets
  • Work closely with the Sales team on lead handover, feedback loops, and support for sales activities
  • Assist with campaign implementation in tools such as HubSpot and Webflow and across paid and organic channels
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using measurable KPIs

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Structured working style and experience in campaign project management
  • Practical experience creating content for B2B audiences (email, video, social, events)
  • Know-how in executing multi-stage campaigns across different funnel stages
  • Experience with CMS (e.g., Webflow), CRM tools and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Native-level German (C2) is required; very good English skills are expected
  • Ability to work independently, a hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
  • Bonus: Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Livestorm) or video tools is an advantage
