Establish and grow the Airport Commercial Services consulting practice in the U.S. and Canada
Identify opportunities and drive practice growth; act as internal champion for airport commercial services
Partner with senior leadership to design and implement market entry, brand positioning, and client acquisition strategies
Lead business development including prospecting, proposal writing, and client presentations
Build and expand relationships with airports, concessionaires, developers, and other industry partners
Contribute to thought leadership: present at conferences and publish industry insights
Serve as Project Manager or Technical Lead on assignments in commercial strategy, concessions planning, financial modeling, and passenger experience optimization
Manage project teams to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results
Innovate approaches, tools, and methodologies to differentiate offerings
Mentor and guide junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial, client-focused culture
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, with expertise in airport commercial services, concessions, real estate, or non-aeronautical revenue strategy
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, aviation, planning, economics, finance, or related discipline)
Proven entrepreneurial mindset, with demonstrated success in practice building, business development, or market expansion
Strong project management skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Established relationships within the U.S. and Canadian airport industry
Technical expertise preferred in concessions planning, financial modeling, business case development, or airport real estate
Preferred experience introducing new service lines or growing a consulting offering from early stages
Preferred active involvement in professional organizations such as AAAE, ACI-NA, or regional airport associations
