  • Creating and delivering functional talent strategies for Staff Groups (HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Technology).
  • Strategic oversight of Global Learning strategy and focus on Organizational Strategy & Design.
  • Developing strategies and programs to enhance capabilities and performance of workforce.
  • Providing people capability to deliver functional business strategies.
  • Supporting leadership teams to develop talent depth and strengthen succession.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to accelerate growth of diverse top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; masters preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership in learning development and talent management.
  • Experience successfully crafting talent strategies.
  • Subject matter expertise in multiple key development areas.
  • Strong business acumen; ability to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making.
  • Ability to influence collaborators at all levels in the organization.
  • Proven success driving initiatives to completion ensuring adoption.
  • Demonstrated People leadership experience.
  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner is preferred.
