- accountable for end-to-end execution of strategic plans
- driving growth in Net Lending Assets for Residential Lending
- ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
Requirements
- University degree
- An MBA or another business-oriented post-graduate education would be an asset
- 10+ years in a combination of progressive banking, financial, treasury, product management or strategic planning experience required
- Superior organization, time and project management skills
- Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating and prioritizing competing business issues
- Highly developed communication, relationship and personnel skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and influence colleagues at all levels and at a distance
- Demonstrated successful strategic thinking, policy development and implementation experience
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence
