Responsibilities
- Serves as thought leader and unbiased member advocate to provide the customer viewpoint, supported with insight driven evidence to influence business planning

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 10 or more years of setting marketing/ member insight strategy and leading strategy development within business to consumers industries required
- 6 or more years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams required
- In-depth knowledge of the trends and dynamics driving change in business to consumer businesses
- Functional knowledge of marketing research, tools and techniques
- Can represent and recommend the team’s capabilities with key internal stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve strategic goals required
- Executive-level business acumen in the areas of business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required
