Responsibilities
- Defining the mid-to-long-term blueprint for national market access
- Designing innovative pricing and access paths—including National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL) negotiations
- Leading HTA strategies and economic modeling
- Proactively identifying and addressing access barriers within the healthcare system
- Acting as the primary liaison with the NHC, NHSA, and other ministries
- Coaching and empowering a high-performance, agile organization
- Representing the China market within the global access community
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Economics, Science, Life Sciences, Public Health, or Public Policy
- 15+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Extensive experience leading large, diverse, or cross-regional teams
- Deep background in market access, pricing strategy, or health economics; experience leading complex NRDL negotiations is highly preferred
- Ability to project the industry landscape 3–5 years into the future
- Exceptional skills in persuading high-level stakeholders using data, logic, and a shared vision for innovation
- Willingness to travel frequently (more than 50% of the time)
