Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Typically a minimum of fifteen years of related work experience, with seven years management experience.
- Proven influential leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Core understanding of business process engineering principles
- Demonstrated propensity for continuous learning and entrepreneurial success through the use of generative AI and other advanced technology
- Excellent technical and data analysis skills
- Strong understanding of core commercial insurance concepts
