About the role

  • VP of Revenue overseeing revenue growth and go-to-market strategy for Bloq.it's smart locker solutions. Collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment to drive scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed annual revenue targets
  • Design and execute a unified GTM strategy for both the European and US markets, adapting for regulatory, cultural and competitive nuances
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from discovery through procurement and legal sign-off
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Field Operations to ensure the sales motion reflects actual delivery capability
  • Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, facility management firms, logistics operators, and resellers
  • Build and manage a high-performance team of RevOps professionals
  • Establish and refine pricing structures that reflect the bundled value of hardware + software + installation + maintenance + support
  • Own the customer lifecycle in partnership with CS: expansion, renewals, and NRR improvement
  • Drive CRM and Revenue Operations maturity: pipeline visibility, conversion metrics, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy
  • Report directly to the CEO/CRO and provide board-level commercial reporting and insight

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B revenue leadership, ideally scaling from €/$20M toward €/$120M+
  • Experience selling complex, multi-component solutions (hardware + software + services)
  • Proven track record managing and growing teams across Europe and the US
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles: 3-12 month deals, multiple buying centers
  • Strong command of CRM, RevOps processes, and forecast methodologies
  • Experience building and managing channel or partnership programs
