About the role

  • Lead B2B and B2B2C marketing for Synchrony CareCredit Health & Wellness, executing multi-channel campaigns and managing partners to drive acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B and B2B2C multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, Account-Based Marketing, web, social, digital, direct mail)
  • Manage high profile partner relationships and develop partner marketing plans and quarterly business reviews
  • Work with analytics to monitor campaign results and adjust tactics
  • Manage internal and external agency partners to develop creative marketing plans
  • Segment and prioritize target audiences and acquire new B2B accounts via paid digital, social, search, direct mail, and email
  • Activate and engage B2B accounts and consumers to drive CareCredit applications and usage
  • Email automation and journey mapping using Marketing Cloud
  • Manage B2B website pages: content, organic search, site tagging, and retargeting strategies
  • Develop content strategy and educational materials (webinars, videos, case studies, white papers)
  • Partner with sales, BD, field sales and call center teams to drive enrollments, applications, lead generation and account growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 8 years of marketing experience
  • Minimum of 4 years marketing experience that includes innovating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, social, and digital channels
  • Ability to travel 30%
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing, DTC acquisition campaigns, B2B and B2B2C marketing
  • Experience using the Salesforce CRM platform and Marketing Cloud email platform
  • Email automation and journey mapping experience using Marketing Cloud
  • Experience managing creative agencies, research or analytic partners
  • Experience or exposure in market intelligence or research
  • Ability to interpret campaign and market analytics, A/B test and pivot campaigns/strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible, high energy, self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and fingerprints as part of onboarding
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; employer will not sponsor employment visas
