About the role

• Coordinator Lawyer at vezzilapolla.legal, managing a legal team and client relations while working in a hybrid model. Located in São Paulo with a focus on business law.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the team.
• Review legal publications and official notifications.
• Draft and review pleadings and other legal documents.
• Prepare legal opinions and analyses.
• Review and complete entries in internal systems.
• Meet with clients.
• Prepare reports.
• Track incoming and closed cases.

Requirements

• Completion of a law degree; postgraduate specialization in the field is desirable.
• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association).
• Experience in civil litigation and consumer law.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands.
