About the role

  • Support the learning needs analysis for facilitating appropriate learning experience to close performance & skill gaps.
  • Maintains the learning solutions for a diverse set of learners (e.g. instructor-led, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, job aids, performance support etc.)
  • Facilitates pre and post-training administration for L&D, including monitoring employee/attendance data; Curate dashboard for training feedback.
  • Manages the corporate LMS system.
  • Support creation of learning engagement materials including but limited to visuals/artwork, including EDM and PPT templates.
  • Administrate the performance management annual cycle including training the Human Resources Business Partners.
  • Support the coordination on implementation of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, hire and retain talents.
